Udupi doctors turn Yakshagana artistes, ‘prescription’ goes viral

A group of 11 doctors, including Udupi District Health Officer Dr Nagabhushan Udupa, showcased their Yakshagana talents during the golden jubilee celebrations of Shri Kannika Parameshwari Kala Sangha. The event featured a unique invite designed as a medical prescription. Despite their busy schedules, the doctors presented a three-and-a-half-hour performance titled ‘Bhishma’, impressing the audience and honoring a late Yakshagana enthusiast.
