‘NIA team to visit US for 26/11 attack accused Tahawwur’s extradition formalities’
A National Investigation Agency team is set to go to the US to finalize the extradition of 26/11 attacks accused Tahawwur Hussain Rana, as approved by the US Supreme Court. Rana, convicted of aiding Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, is accused by India of planning and executing the Mumbai terror attacks and has been in custody since extradition proceedings began.
