Dalit man attacked for riding a ‘bullet’ in Tamil Nadu

NCSC Tamil Nadu state director S Ravivarman, along with senior investigative officer S Lister, conducted an inquiry with R Ayyasamy, a dalit youth injured in a caste-based attack. The team visited Melapidavoor village and provided compensation of 62,500 to Ayyasamy’s family. The accused were arrested and booked under relevant sections.
