Paedophile out on bail for minor’s abuse rapes 9-year-old in Bareilly

Police in Bareilly have arrested a convicted paedophile, Amit Singh, for kidnapping and repeatedly raping a nine-year-old girl who went missing from a wedding. Singh has a history of sexual crimes against children and had been out on bail. He has been booked for kidnapping and rape under the Pocso Act. The victim has been rescued.
